It's indeed a nice hotel. The theme has been beautifully put into place. The lobby, the corridors, the interiors of the rooftop restaurant,all are of high standard. We stayed in a clubroom which was adequately furnished. Service was very professional. The food ( we had only breakfast) was very tasty. I only wish, with such a beautiful hotel one could also cater for non-vegetarians along with a bar

The property is located on the main road and close to all business hubs. The rooms are very well kept clean and hygiene. The food in the restaurant Cable Car is excellent . It is value for money . The biggest disadvantage is the car parking . Valet parking is available but they dont handle vehicle with care . The drivers not available all through. The front desk executive is helpless in this matter. I missed out my appointment due delayed service by the valet . I dont recommend this property to those who go in 4W and who have tight schedule .

The SFO hotels and suites is a good business hotel in the heart of Jayanagar. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the restaurant is average however the breakfast menu was a wide-spread. The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel lacks any kind of open space and is just a building on the main street.

Today, March 22, 2020 (Sunday) was a complete lock down due to Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) from 7 AM till 9 PM. Unfortunately, I had my check out date today itself. So, in this crisis situation I had asked the hotel to extend my stay for one more day with a minimal tariff so that I don’t risk the life of myself and my family moving out of the hotel. The hotel management had clearly denied this stating that the check-out time is 12 PM and at max they can allow two more hours which is 2PM. Later they agreed for 3PM check-out and after a heated argument they said I can check out by 4PM. If I am in the hotel beyond 4PM they will charge me the same tariff (may be INR 200-300 less) that I have been staying in the hotel for the last few days. This was not the expected behavior from a hotel in which I have been staying for the last few days. They were taking this as an opportunity to make more money and take advantage of this rare and highly critical situation. Personally, I had taken this as a criminal offence as instead of extending a helping hand they were just thinking of money in this crisis situation. I will make one thing very clear that I had requested SFO hotel to extend my stay for one more day with minimal tariff not because I wanted to stay in that Hotel for pleasure but because I thought I have no other option in this crisis situation. The only option I had at this point was to move myself and my family to another place (even though it is life threatening) which is at a manageable walkable distance (~2 KM) from SFO hotel as public transportation was also shut. The other Hotel has understood my situation and have provided a room for 2 nights at a very nominal tariff. The front desk manager had behaved very rudely with me and it appeared that the management did not care about being human but that they only wanted was money even in this crisis. They have no fear of losing business as they have partnered with many corporates and they think their business with continue to flow because of business travels and even if they mis behave with their guests. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL..!! I REALLY WISH AND PRAY THAT THIS HOTEL LEARNS ITS LESSON SOMEDAY..!!

Excellent service. Lots of variety in food. Delicious food. Also the quality of rooms is excellent. Staff here in hotel is also very friendly and always ready to help. I would like to stay again in SFO if ever visit Bangalore.
